Hello, Brusselstraat! A new addition in Haarlem

We’re expanding our portfolio in Haarlem. As of September 1, we’ll take over the property management of Brusselstraat, a small-scale residential building with 29 rental homes in Haarlem’s Schalkwijk neighborhood. Located right next to Engelandpark and close to the Zuider Buiten Spaarne, Brusselstraat offers a green and peaceful place to live, while Haarlem’s city centre is just a short bike ride away.

29 homes for young residents

Brusselstraat consists of 17 studios and 12 apartments, all rented out under a youth tenancy agreement. The homes are semi-furnished and come with flooring, a kitchen with appliances, a private bathroom, and internet. The studios are designed to make efficient use of the available space. The apartments offer a separate bedroom, creating a clear division between living and sleeping.

Living in Schalkwijk

One of the highlights of Brusselstraat is its location. Engelandpark is right next door, and the Zuider Buiten Spaarne is within walking distance, offering plenty of space to walk, run or spend time outdoors.

Haarlem’s historic city centre, with its cafés, restaurants and shops, is easily reached by bike. The beaches of Bloemendaal and Zandvoort are also nearby, while Haarlem offers convenient train connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and The Hague.
