Holland2Stay is becoming Codomo

A new name, a new look, and the next step for our organization. Holland2Stay is becoming Codomo. Over the coming months, the Holland2Stay name will gradually make way for Codomo. While our name and look are changing, what drives us stays the same.

Why Codomo? 

Holland2Stay has come a long way since we started in the Netherlands. Over the years, we’ve grown our portfolio, expanded our services, and crossed borders. Today, we manage homes in the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, and Portugal. Outside the Netherlands, part of our portfolio is already known as Codomo Living. Holland2Stay and Codomo Living are part of the same organization.

Now, we’re bringing everything together under one name: Codomo.

New name, same mission

A lot has changed since Holland2Stay first started in 2011. What hasn’t changed is why we do what we do. We believe a home is about more than four walls. It should be a place where you can live your everyday life, feel comfortable, meet others, and make the space your own. That idea remains at the heart of Codomo.

Our mission stays the same: Living better, together.

What will change?

Over the coming months, Holland2Stay and Codomo will appear alongside each other on our website, in emails, and across our other communications. In Q4 2026, Codomo will become our main name. That’s also when our new visual identity will become more visible. From there, we’ll gradually say goodbye to the Holland2Stay name.

So don’t be surprised if you start seeing Codomo more often. It’s still us, just under a new name.

What does this mean for current residents?

For residents, the most important things stay the same. No action is needed right now.

• Existing rental contracts remain valid. There is no need to sign a new contract.
• Rent, deposits, notice periods, and house rules stay as agreed.
• Existing accounts, login details, and passwords will continue to work.

If anything changes during the transition that requires action from residents, we’ll communicate this clearly and in advance.
