Laagstraat is taking shape! With construction now in its finishing phase, we take a look at what's happening inside Eindhoven's newest building. Completion is planned for Q3 2026.
Construction at our newest building, Laagstraat in Eindhoven, is progressing steadily. With the structural work complete, the focus has shifted to the final stage, where the apartments are beginning to take their final shape.
Located in Gestel, just south of Eindhoven's city center, Laagstraat will add 70 new studios and apartments to the neighborhood. Over the past months, the building has transformed from a construction site into a residential complex. Now, the attention is on the details that will prepare each home for its future residents.
With the building's structure complete, construction teams are working on the finishing stage. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, and technical installations are being installed throughout the building. Heating, ventilation, and electrical systems are also being completed and tested to ensure everything is ready before handover.
