Take a peek inside our upcoming building Laagstraat in Eindhoven

Construction at Laagstraat in Eindhoven continues to move forward, and we recently got our hands on the very first photos of the model home. They give an exciting first impression of the finishes, materials, and atmosphere that future residents can look forward to.

Located in Gestel, just south of Eindhoven's city center, Laagstraat will bring 70 furnished studios and apartments to the neighborhood. Developed by Schepers Vastgoed B.V., the project is currently in its finishing stage, with kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring being installed throughout the building. The model home offers a first real look at what these finishes will feel like once complete.

A first look inside the model home

The model home is designed around a calm, neutral color palette that runs throughout the space. Warm-toned flooring adds a cozy touch to the open kitchen, while the overall interior leans toward simplicity and comfort rather than bold statements. Once furnished, each home will include a sofa, bed, table, and chairs, so residents can settle in without having to source furniture themselves.

The bathroom is a good example of the attention to detail throughout the residences. A dark, marble-look accent wall sits behind the vanity, contrasting with the lighter, stone-look tiles used elsewhere in the room. The white vanity unit, mirror, and walk-in shower with rainfall and handheld options complete the bathroom that feels both practical and polished.

Furnished and ready from day one

Every studio and apartment at Laagstraat will be delivered furnished, including flooring, curtains, lighting, and essential furniture. This means residents can move straight in and start settling into their new home, without spending the first weekend assembling furniture or hunting down curtains that fit.

Daily errands are easy too. Lidl is located just 600 meters from the building, while Jumbo and Action can both be reached within a 10-minute walk. For some fresh air, Genneper Parken is only 1 kilometer away, offering plenty of space to relax or get active outdoors. Looking for a place to grab dinner or a drink? GUSTO-040 and James Bistro & Bar are both within easy reach, adding a bit of neighborhood charm close to home.

What's next?

Laagstraat remains on schedule for completion in Q3 2026. With the model home now giving a clear preview of the finishes and atmosphere to expect, the building is steadily moving closer to welcoming its first residents.
