A look back at this year’s King’s Day Bingo, bringing residents together for a night of bingo, prizes, and shared moments across multiple locations.
Our annual bingo night returned for its 6th edition, and once again, it brought residents together from all over the Netherlands. This year, over 2,500 signed up to join the livestream. We're ready for King's Day!
In the run-up to King's Day, we invited our residents to get into the festive spirit with two games of bingo. A fun way to bring in the orange vibes, with a bit of friendly competition on the side and some great prizes up for grabs. Residents had the chance to win some great prizes, including JBL speakers, Dual Basket airfryers, and Holland2Stay merchandise like our signature orange bathrobe.
Hosting the night were Holland2Stay colleagues Matthijs and Dave, our Bingo Kings for this edition. They kept things running smoothly, brought in their own energy, and made sure the pace stayed up throughout the games. With an active live chat and residents fully engaged, it turned into a lively night from start to finish.

The idea behind our King’s Day Bingo is easy to follow. A live bingo show, hosted by Holland2Stay and streamed on YouTube, where residents can join from wherever they are. Some tune in from their own living room, while others head to one of our selected locations to watch and play together.
This year, residents gathered across the country at Kroonpark Block 1, The Ridge, VB Student Living, Campus Zonnelaan, MORE5, Limburglaan, Canisiushof, De Eendracht, The Lee Towers, The Y, and Flying Deer. With over 400 residents joining these viewing spots, it added an extra layer to the evening and made the experience more social.
As always, residents played two games of bingo. Those who completed one line first won a signature orange Holland2Stay bathrobe, while the first ones to complete two lines won a customized JBL Bluetooth speaker. The lucky one who got all the numbers in the box won an Airfryer Dual Basket. The live chat lit up with people connecting and sharing the orange vibe.
Not just about the game
King’s Day Bingo is not just about playing the game. It's about people showing up, joining in, and doing something together for a couple of hours. You see neighbors meeting for the first time, shared spaces filling up, and group chats actually coming to life. Nothing forced, just a good reason to connect!
