To catch up and get to know the community better, our residents organized their own get-together events. From a pub quiz to a movie night and even a Halloween party: it was a big success!
For Holland2Stay, it’s incredibly valuable to see that tenants coming together and maintaining a great atmosphere within the community. Community events certainly contribute to that, and they’re also a perfect opportunity to relax after a long day of work or studying. In October, tenants rolled up their sleeves and organized fun events and activities together. We encourage everyone to keep doing this more often and we’re always happy to lend a hand to make our communities as lively and welcoming as possible.
At VB Student Living in Eindhoven, a drinks & music party was held, which turned out to be a hit. Tenants attended the party, which took place in the shared living space on the ground floor. Property Manager Julius looks back on it with satisfaction.
A community event at VB Student Living is definitely worth repeating. It brings together the diverse community within the building and helps residents get to know each other. Plus, as a student, sometimes it’s just a lot of fun to throw a party and take a break from studying.
Residents of the Philips Bedrijfsschool in Eindhoven organized a successful pub quiz that put everyone’s knowledge to the test. Meanwhile, everyone enjoyed a pizza to make the tension of the quiz a bit more bearable. The participating tenants had a great time, and the pizza was delicious too. According to Gabriele, Property Manager of Philips Bedrijfsschool, it was definitely worth repeating. “The pub quiz turned out to be a really fun night. I was very happy to see that the community of Philips Bedrijfsschool was enjoying the night and all the residents made new connections and friendships with their neighbors.”
For all residents who didn’t finish at the top of the quiz: organize a new one soon and claim your revenge.
In Boomerang, tenant Isabel organized a movie night. Property Manager Konrad indicated that 40 tenants were present, and everything went well. With some snacks and drinks, the residents enjoyed the movie and had a nice chat afterward.
At Benjamin, tenant Zeynab also hosted a movie night: Halloween edition. “Actually, we had a lot of fun. We were around 10 people in total. We talked about different things, played a small game, watched a movie, and had a really good time.”
We all know the last day of October is Halloween. At The Wall, this was celebrated with a Halloween Party combined with a game night. Property Manager Rodolfo, who’s a big Halloween fan himself, said it was a huge success. He’s already looking forward to next year, if he dares.
