De Evert houses, besides fully furnished apartments, 237 semi-furnished apartments. Great if you want to decorate your home with your items and furniture. De Evert is part of Binck City Park, an innovative, nature-inclusive, and socially blended residential complex in The Hague. The project consists of four residential blocks with a total of 896 rental homes, each with its own identity. De Evert will be the first block to be completed. The 75-metre-high residential tower will house 313 apartments, varying from 46 to 99 m². The rental homes are now available on our website. Residents can move in from September 2024. 

What's in the name?
The name De Evert pays homage to the Dutch knight Evert van den Binckhorst, the earliest known resident of the neighboring castle 'Kasteel de Binckhorst'. Kasteel de Binckhorst is proudly praised as the only castle in The Hague. Like Evert, future residents of De Evert will be the first to live in this newly built project.
