Your home has been under Holland2Stay management as of September 1. We're glad to have you as part of our community and want to make sure you know exactly how we work, how to reach us, and what you can expect from us.

Our team is ready for you!
Brusselstraat is a great spot to kick off your Haarlem adventure.
During your check-in, we’ll provide you with 2 keys for the main entrance, 2 keys for your home, and 1 key for your mailbox.
Have you got friends coming over? You can open the door for your guests via the intercom.
Are you locked out, or have you lost your keys? Don’t panic. Give us a call, so we can help you or refer you to a locksmith. Keep in mind that costs are involved (see our FAQ).
You need to arrange your utilities yourself. Arrange these on time (3 days after moving in at the latest), so you won’t sit in the dark.
You must pay for water consumption and water board levies yourself. PWN is the water supplier in Haarlem. PWN also collects taxes for using and cleaning the water system. You'll automatically receive details about costs, invoices, and meter readings from PWN
Keep your new home nice and clean. The municipality is responsible for collecting the waste in your city. You pay once a year for the collection and processing of waste through municipal waste charges. Read everything about recycling your waste here.
We don’t want any furry friends in or around the building, so don’t leave any garbage in the common areas, the corridors, the street, or next to the containers. Those who won’t comply can be fined. If an underground container is full or not working, don’t place your waste next to the container. You can get a fine.
As a tenant, you are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of your home. This includes keeping your home clean, replacing a light bulb, or fixing a leaking tap washer. Want to know exactly what you’re responsible for? Check the Dutch government’s “Besluit kleine herstellingen”.
If you need assistance, you can submit a repair request through your account. We will then contact you to see how we can best help.
For emergencies, such as a serious leak, you can call us at +31 85 130 55 00. Outside office hours, you will automatically be redirected to our emergency number, which is available 24/7.
In your monthly rent, an advance payment for shared service costs (cleaning and heating of common areas, window cleaning) is included. These are costs shared among all residents in the building, based on your share of actual usage. Every July, we send you a settlement statement for the previous year, showing the actual shared service costs and usage.
If you paid more than your share of the actual costs, we'll refund the difference. If you paid less than your share, you'll need to pay the extra costs.
Are you looking for a quick answer? The best option is to check out our FAQ. Need some extra help? Contact us via a support ticket, email ([email protected]), or phone (+31 85 130 55 00). Or make your way to our local office at Europahuis (James Wattstraat 77-S4 in Amsterdam). We're here from 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday, and want to help you make the most out of your stay!
