VB Student Living is housed in the former Philips head office. This monumental building at Boschdijk has been part of Eindhoven’s skyline for some time now. It’s one of the tallest towers in the city. Until 2001, it functioned as Philips’ headquarters. Within Philips, the building was known as VB – where the V refers to office park Vredeoord and the letter B to the street Boschdijk.

Now the iconic building has been transformed into a haven for students. The office floors have been transformed into 456 furnished student rooms. Your private room has all the basics, such as a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, side table, lamps, and a mirror. All rooms have large windows, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Eindhoven's ever-evolving skyline.

How’s life at VB Student Living
You'll live in a vibrant community of 9 or 10 like-minded students. Imagine spontaneous late-night pizza parties, movie marathons with your flatmates, and plenty of sparring partners about study projects. You'll share a fully equipped kitchen, sanitary facilities, and a living room with your flatmates.

There are various communal spaces on the ground floor. A quiet corner for focused studying, a sunny terrace to connect with your fellow residents, and a well-equipped laundry room: VB Student Living has it all!

Good to know:

• You’ll live in a mixed-gender community.
• You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room with your flatmates.
• The bathroom area (showers and toilets) is gender-neutral.
• There’s limited access to electricity. You can’t use high-power equipment such as gaming PCs, heaters, and fridges.
• Your student room doesn’t have a private water connection. There are water connections in the shared bathroom and kitchen.
• There's a limited number of parking spaces available on site. You and your guests can park here, free of charge (first come, first served).
