About residence
The monumental building of Philips Bedrijfsschool has been completely transformed into 442 modern city lofts. With the additional facilities such as a communal launderette, rooftop terrace, courtyard, and a restaurant (opening soon), you are assured of an enjoyable stay in Eindhoven.
The spacious lofts have an industrial look, with high ceilings and large windows. Each residence has its own kitchen and bathroom. A mezzanine is placed above the kitchen area, extending the living spaces with a bathroom and bedroom. Apart from our regular offer at Philips Bedrijfsschool, this residence comes semi-furnished.
Good to know
- This residence is semi-furnished, leaving plenty of room for your own creative interior styling. This means that a beautiful laminate floor is installed and that the walls are nicely finished. Curtains, lights, and large closets are included.
- All residences have a unique layout. The former school building is completely refurbished into modern lofts, conserving the original ornaments. The construction beams are integrated into the design, giving the residences a cool industrial look. However, it is possible that low-construction beams are located in the bathroom or bedroom area of the loft (see photo). Holland2Stay cannot tell beforehand whether such a construction beam is located in the residence.
Location
Philips Bedrijfsschool can be found in the dynamic area of Strijp in Eindhoven. Within walking distance, you can find several stores, lunch and dinner hotspots and movie theater Natlab. Eindhoven’s city center is just a short bike ride away. The building has great access to public transportation.
