Residence 't Vleuterhuys is a former school building that has been transformed into a high-quality residential building with spacious studios and lofts. The studios and loft apartments enjoy a modern and tasteful mid-century interior design, featuring warm wooden accents, and complementing comfort to another level!
This loft is wonderfully spacious and enjoys a lot of natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The residence is fully equipped with its own high-quality finished bathroom and a complete kitchen with modern appliances. The mezzanine, which is located above the kitchen and bathroom, gives you a separate space for your bedroom. This loft also has a separate laundry and storage room.

The historical building Residence ‘t Vleuterhuys is located at the Vleutenseweg 420-422 in the Lombok district of Utrecht, on the west side of Utrecht’s city center, opposite the green Majella park.
