Stay at De Eendracht
De Eendracht is home to 250 fully furnished student homes, spread over multiple floors and located at Eendrachtsplein in Rotterdam. Whether you’re here from abroad or settling into student life in Rotterdam, this studio has your back during your studies.

Walk into an open living space with a smart layout and calming color scheme. This studio is compact, comfy, and cleverly laid out to fit everything you need in one room – without feeling crowded. An oak-look PVC flooring is installed and the walls are finished in clean white. Blackout curtains help you sleep like a rock (or block out that early morning sun when you just got to bed).

Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, cookware, and tableware. The chic dark green kitchen cabinets add a pop of color to the space and offer enough space to stash snacks, groceries, and those mismatched mugs you can’t live without. Right next to the kitchen is your sleeping zone. There’s a comfy bed and, of course, a wardrobe to store your clothes. The bathroom has bright white tiles and a beige tiled floor, creating a neutral look. It features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with mirror.

What’s included
This studio comes fully furnished, meaning it includes everything you need during your stay. You don’t have to worry about buying and moving your own furniture, appliances, and essentials. We make sure the walls are freshly finished in neutral white and PVC flooring is already installed. The bathroom and kitchen are both ready to use. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, an induction plate, fridge, and a combi oven.

Shared spaces at De Eendracht
Morning gym session, quick shower, grab a coffee downstairs, study break on the rooftop terrace, and end the day with a movie night in the cinema room. Life at De Eendracht is anything but boring! Each floor has its own shared space, whether it's a corner to study, a spot to hang out with friends, or to do your laundry. You don’t have to go far for your daily groceries, as there’s a supermarket downstairs.

This building is designed to bring people together, support your studies, and add a healthy dose of fun to your daily life. As a resident, you can also use the parcel locker and bike storage in the building. Parking spots are available (upon availability, for additional fee) if you're bringing a car.
